The Booth mainly consists of a spray chamber and recovery system. Suitable illumination is provided for clear visibility.
The air containing powder is sucked from the spray chamber and enters tangentially in to the cyclone chamber at high velocity this specific geometric arrangement creates cyclone in the vortex tube thronging heavier powder particles towards the periphery.
These particles are finally collected in to the recovery bin connected at the bottom of the vortex tube. Lighter particles along with the booth air are exhausted to the atmosphere. The efficiency of these type of centrifugal separation system depends upon percentage of heavier particles in the total quantity of powder.
